Direct Billing to Insurance

To make your visit more convenient, we offer direct billing to most insurance providers. Our team will submit your claim electronically, so you only need to pay the portion not covered by your plan at the time of your appointment.

Patients also have the option to pay in full and be reimbursed directly by their insurance provider, which typically occurs within 24 – 48 hours.

For those using direct billing, a credit card must be securely kept on file. This allows us to process any remaining balance efficiently and helps avoid delays.

All information is stored securely in accordance with privacy and security standards.

It’s important to note that dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider. Coverage levels, percentages, and limitations vary depending on your plan. While we assist with submitting claims, patients are responsible for any balance not covered by their insurance.

For patients using CDCP plans, any remaining balance not covered will also be the patient’s responsibility.
